- Requests submitted through the contact form: retained for 1 year after the last exchange, unless they result in an engagement.
- Consulting engagements: retained for the duration of the engagement, then for up to 3 years after its completion.
- Billing information: retained for the period required by applicable tax obligations.
- Follow-up notes: retained on a limited basis, then securely deleted.
Information is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed.
